Sophia Lin

Therapeutic Mentor

Sophia Lin (she/they) is a queer, non-binary, Asian graduate student at San Francisco State University. They are studying school counseling and clinical mental health counseling after graduating in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and a minor in education from UC Santa Cruz. Sophia was an Americorps Health Educator with La Clinica De La Raza at a middle/high school in East Oakland. She has worked with youth on the Autism spectrum in schools and in homes throughout the East Bay. As a mentor with Whole Hearts, Sophia wishes to implement authentic connection, communication, and empathy through an intersectional and equitable lens with her mentees.
