Lillian Myers (she/they) is an associate marriage and family therapist (#151821) with a sliding scale private practice in San Francisco that accepts Medi-Cal clients. With nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health and helping profession, she has worked locally and internationally with individuals ranging from preschoolers to elders, including those with diverse abilities, needs, and strengths. Lillian specializes in drama therapy, transgenerational therapy, mindfulness, and feminist psychology. Her approach blends play, humor, and deep self-inquiry. Her practice focuses on working with groups, high-functioning creatives, individuals with neurological diversities, youth, the LGBTQIA+ community, and multicultural counseling.

Lillian’s recent work includes collaborations with Gateway Mountain Center’s Whole Hearts, Minds and Bodies, New Perspectives Counseling Center, the Tamalpais Unified High School District, Living Arts Counseling Center, and Child Parent Institute. She holds a master's degree in counseling psychology with a concentration in drama therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

Lillian identifies as able-bodied, white, queer, and Jewish. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys engaging in creative pursuits, connecting with the natural world, and cultivating meaningful connections.
