Camps Coordinator

Kenny grew up in the footprint of NYC, within range of the Catskills, Berkshires, and Adirondack outdoor playgrounds. Environmentally educated in New England, he developed an appreciation for, and a desire to protect the beautiful resources that nature provides. As a trip leader for The Mountain Workshop, he was introduced to the adventure education realm. Be it rivers, lakes, oceans, or puddles, Kenny is drawn to the water. He is also attracted to the crystalline form of precipitation as well. He has worked as a PSIA certified Ski Instructor before becoming the Supervisor of the Children’s Ski School at Sierra At Tahoe. A South Lake Tahoe resident of 10 years, he has branched out and eagerly led camps and school groups for Gateway Mountain Center at various locations around the lake this summer.
