Donner Summit Rock Climbing Camp.
This summer, enjoy the exhilarating adventure of rock climbing on the spectacular granite of Donner Pass. Learn the fundamentals of the climbing safety system – including the use of the rope, belaying, anchoring, and rappelling. Master techniques needed to conquer cracks, slabs, and steep faces.

* $650.00 Includes food and lodging at Clair Tappaan Lodge and all equipment.

Director Peter Mayfield has served as Chief Guide for the Yosemite Mountaineering School, competed in World Cup Climbing events and produced successful programs for thousands of youths over the last 25 years.

Instructor Annie Overlin is one of the top women climbers in California and has accomplished many difficult routes throughout the US and Europe. Annie is a botanist, environmental consultant, and educator.  |
